What we collect, and why
We collect only what you choose to give us, only for the purpose you gave it:
- Client intake — name, organization, email, phone, and your description of your records situation, so we can respond to your inquiry.
- Consultation booking — name, email, phone, topic, and the time you select, so we can hold and confirm the appointment.
- Resource updates — your email address, if you ask to be notified when new guides publish. Every message we send includes a way to opt out, and you can opt out anytime by emailing us.
- Product orders — name, email, phone, shipping address, and the items you order, so we can invoice and fulfill the order. We do not collect card numbers on this website.
- Client portal and Library access — the access code you enter, so we can show you your engagement or membership content.
Browsing the site requires no account and no personal information.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. It uses only sign-in cookies, and only when you sign in:
prc_sess— keeps a client signed in to the client portal (up to 30 days).prc_lib— keeps a Library member signed in (up to 1 year).prc_admin— keeps PRC staff signed in to the internal dashboard (up to 12 hours).
Where information lives
Form submissions and account records are stored in a database hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure in the United States, and the website is delivered through Cloudflare's network, which processes visitor IP addresses to serve and secure the site. Page typography loads from Google Fonts, which receives your browser's request (including IP address) when fonts load. We measure site traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across sites. We use no other third-party services on this site.
What we never do
- We do not sell or rent your personal information — to anyone, ever.
- We do not run ads or advertising trackers.
- We do not ask for sensitive documents, government ID numbers, or full account numbers through public website forms — and our forms tell you not to send them.
- We do not use your information for any purpose beyond the one you provided it for, other than legal obligations that may apply to us.
Retention
Inquiry, booking, and order records are kept while we work with you and for a reasonable business-records period afterward, then deleted. Subscriber emails are kept until you opt out. Records entrusted to PRC by clients under an engagement are governed by the written engagement and our Records Handling Notice, including agreed retention schedules and secure return or deletion at offboarding.
Your choices
Email us at contact@paularecordscustodian.com to ask what information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We honor deletion requests except where a legal or contractual obligation requires retention, and we'll tell you if one does.
Children
This website is for adults. Our children's products are purchased by adults; we do not knowingly collect information from children online.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date. Material changes to how we handle existing information will be communicated to affected people directly where we can.
